Default Some simple math

Three digit number:

Ask spectator to think of a 3 digit number (this will most likely require them to have a pad and pencil).
Let's say they picked 725.
Tell them to reverse that number so that is will now be 527.
Then tell them to subtract their original number and the new answer (subtracting the lowest value of course)... so 725 - 527 which equals 198.
Now tell them to revers the new number and add those two togeather.
198 + 891 which equals 1089.

It will always equal 1089... once you get there do what you do best and have fun.

Two Digit Number:

Ask spectator to think of a 2 digit number.
Let's say they pick 57. (this needs to be a different digit number... per say it can't be 22 or 55 etc...)
Tell them to reverse that number so that will be 75.
Then subtract the lowest value into the from the other.
75 - 57 which equals 18

It will always be a multiple of 9... so you can have them add those two digits together and it will always be 9... 1 + 8 = 9

I have some more, I will post them later.... or if you have some let's start some math magic fun.

sorry about that... yeah i meant to put that it has to be a different digit number... i will edit that real quick.
on the other hand when they have their answer when they subtract you could always just ask:
tell me just one of the numbers in your answer, that being a single digit or a double digit
if it's zero it will be zero... if it's one it will be eight... etc if you know your multiples of nine.

Here is one that I have had some success with thru the years. Have a person think of a number (any number) YOU WILL WANT THEM TO DO THIS WITH A NOTEPAD! Lets say they pick 99.
1) Tell them to double it (99 x 2 = 198)
2) tell them to add 22 (it could be any even number) 198 + 22 = 220
3) then tell them to divide it by 2 (220/2 = 110)
4) have them subtract the original number from it (110 - 99 = 11)
5) tell them to think of the number in their mind
The number will always be exactly half of the number you told them to add in step 2 (in our example half of 22 is 11). Drama it up and look them in the eyes and you will scare most of them. like you can read their minds.
