I called customer service during the last week of November and they said they should have an answer within a week or week and a half. Their owner was still "talking with the manufacturer to get the best possible quality product for the lowest price". I was hoping to get it for my husband for Christmas too, but I couldn't wait anymore for an exact answer as far as price and date available for sale. Looks like he'll just have to get it for his birthday. :-/
