Expanded use of the Forum

I just wanted to point out some of the other really neat features of the Blacks Magic Forum.

Did you know that you could use this forum like a MySpace or Facebook site? It's not as open to the public, but for other magicians who are registered to this site, you can share a whole lot of information about yourself.

Just click on your name. You will be take to your "Profile". This is different than your "User Control Panel". Here are a few things you can do in your "Profile".

ALBUMS - Create picture albums and upload your favorite images.

FRIENDS - Request and accept friends that you feel close to.

GROUPS - Create and join groups of special interest.

MESSAGES - Leave visitor messages that will only be seen in the profile. They are not posted to the general forum.

BLOGS - Write and store your own blogs to let others know what is important to you.

There are all kinds of neat things you can do in the "Profile" section. Just to get a feel, you can check out my profile. Look at the pictures I have posted with magician friends I have hung with, etc. Then do the same on your profile.

And don't forget about the "Chat" section. Set a time for you and your friends to gather in the chat room and talk away in real time. None of this information ends up in the Forums, but it is a great way to get instant feedback.

This site has so much to offer beyond the Forum. Take advantage of it.
