Here is Murray's response to magicians:

'Yeah I am a comedy magician now and I have evolved... and if exposing one of the oldest cheapest tricks in the world will bring the FALL of MAGIC then you better reconsider enjoying another field... cause if more magicians worked on ENTERTAINMENT... rather than fooling people they'd be much better entertainers... I've invented over 20 effects to the magic world... what have you contributed? Jealousy is the evil brother to SUCCESS! Take the stick out of your *** and laugh a bit....'

I hate to break it to Murray, but he really isn't that funny...he has his moments sure, but come on, the audience hardly even laughs and judging by the rest of his clips its not much better....his CD act and his magic was AMAZING, I've seen it live...just incredible and full of talent; actually quite "entertaining" as he quotes, but now he has become a guy who is jumping from field to field in the entertainment biz to stay in the apparent spotlight. From talented magician, to TV host, to comedian/magician, To the show BLIND-DATE where he takes the girl to the Magic Castle showing off pictures of himself on the wall, back to magician on that VH1 show....give me a break. When he INTENTIONALLY exposes something like this and has that response, he obviously thinks he is better then the rest of us.

Hi Michael,

Murrays is a typical exposures or Rip Off artists response. When you can't defend your actions .... attack the critics. I don't see any jealousy in our posts. I see a lot of respect for Murrays CD manip act and then a lot of disappointment that he now has nothing new or better to offer his audience than an exposure.

We'll see if Murray takes the stick out of his own *** and laughs if Valentino exposes any of his material. Not exactly sure what the 20 contributions to magic are that he is talking about but I think he'd feel different if any of them are exposed in the new series coming up. Of course it'd be ok in Murrays eyes since its in the name of Entertainment???? LOL

Update..

Now Murray is taking the ol' " it was a mistake caught on tape" defense. Someone should remind Murray that when he posts on a forum defending an exposure its on the record and not so easy to erase. He said it and now he is claiming the exposure was a mistake made by a stage hand. Why didn't he say that in the beginning? His lie is about as obvious as the recent David Martin defense.

He has also gone on to personally attack those who criticized the exposure. Any respect I had for this guy is now gone.

To me the important thing is that the video with the exposure was removed.

Nuff said. The guy wants to take his career in a different direction and that's fine , as long as it doesn't involve exposing other people's work.
