Effects for Mobile Phones?

Anybody got any suggestions for tricks to do when you want to use someones phone?

I get stuck on a couple of points: how would I get 'a message' into their phone without them either answering or reading 'the message' befor I need them to do so?

I had thought about Weegie Board (however you spell it ) but that's really pretty lame. How else can you get them to ring a specific number.

I don't want to 'use a stooge' in the person getting the call 'tells' them what the card I forced was - been done to death.

Would love to hear some ideas, as I can't think of any good ones!

Jason, check out Phonomenon (sp?) by Doug McKennzie. Also, Aaron Paterson has a pretty sweet one out. Can't remember the name off the top of my head. As does Andrew Mayne.

I dont recommend Phoneomenon. I mean its cool, but basically you need to know how to pickpocket and putpocket really well to acheive the effect. I have an iPhone and that is a really good investment for mobile phone magic because of all the applications available with it

Probubly one of the most magical, yet disturbing effects involving a phone has not been released yet. I was blessed with having a rare glimpse of When A Stranger Calls Created by Steve Haynes, which will be produced and released by Blacks Magic Group. The reactions you will get with this are unbelievable. I almost feel sorry for the spectators when performing this on them. They truley get hit on so many levels at the same time, the really have no idea what or how it just happened. More to come on this one guys, stay tuned !!!!!!!!!!!

I think David Stone also has a card to cell phone coming out soon where a signed card is found inside the battery compartment of your cell phone. So also keep an eye out for that.
