Card to Wallet

I had a couple of questions regarding this wallet.

Does the card have to be folded to be revealed from the wallet? If not, is the process/handling just as simple as if the card was folded, if not easier?

Also, what are the dimensions of the wallet?

One last thing. Since it is a hundred dollars and a DVD does come with it, are there any other routines mentioned or taught on the video? If so, what?

4.5x3.5. You can load a card without folding or use a fold method of your preference. The DVD teaches both and routines including forcing cards and even how to do it without a force. We will be putting up more details on the site Tue.
