If it is anything like a book I used to own years ago I would assume so. It probably even has better directions/gimmick than the one I use as well.

I do not have this particular product, but I have heard good things from it. There are sources on free DIY websites around the internet which feature ways to make a PK marker, but from what I have seen they are all fairly loud, and you need to be handy. Even if you could make one, I would stay away from them, you are best off getting that!
