We cannot provide assistance by phone for orders; this system allows us to track all discussions and assure we are providing prompt and efficient customer service. Anything you buy that is made by us may be returned UNOPENED for a full refund within 30 days. If you've opened it, you keep it. Because we sell information, and more specifically magic secrets, refunds and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances. That's just the way it is.
Unopened means, well, unopened. The product should be in its original packaging and in retail ready condition. Opened means, well, opened. The seal has been broken and the contents are easily examined. Downloadable products fall into the "opened" category the moment a link is generated.
If you purchase anything produced by us and it is defective, you can return it within 30 days from the time of the order for a replacement, minus shipping costs. Just use the RMA system built into the cart and we will help you out right away.
WOOT MAGIC orders have a different policy. Make sure you read and understand the terms before you purchase any of those products. If we didn't make it, we expect the manufacturer to stand behind it 100%, not us. That's their job and we take that very seriously.
