************************************************ The Black's Magic administrative and production offices will be closed while we undergo some significant restructuring changes. FOR STORES/DEALER Dealers can still purchase our products from Murphy's Magic Supplies until they run out of our stock. From that point onward, stores will be able to acquire stock at a discount from our new distribution channel. Stores interested in making substantial profits from our products should contact us via our support system or use the dealer form. We have changed our sales model and no longer support the logistical process currently limiting the success of producers and dealers worldwide. Once we change to this new model, we will limit our competition with stores/dealers in an effort to allow them to make more money. We intend to move to a fulfillment model and help educate stores and dealers on ways they can improve their profit margins by eliminating extra steps from the logistical process. From that point onward, stores will be able to acquire stock at a discount from our new distribution channel. Stores interested in making substantial profits from our products should contact us via our support system or use the dealer form. ONLINE ORDERS STILL ACTIVE Our online store will remain functional, but telephone orders will not be accepted during this restructuring phase. Orders made during the week will go out within 48 hours. Orders made on the weekend will generally ship on Monday. PRODUCT ADVICE Customers in need of product questions or advice are encouraged to contact a local magic shop, talk with other magicians on our forum (or other such community), or use our online support system; we will not be answering our phone lines during this transition. CUSTOMER SERVICE For assistance with an order or other customer support issue, you may continue to use the support system here at this site; we regret that we will be unable to respond to direct emails or phone messages for the time being. Support tickets and orders from this site are being handled by a contracted third party, and will continue without interruption. However, you may experience slight lag times during this transition.
